DEI Scholarships

We want great acting training to be accessible to all. We are passionate about representation in the industry and that people with lived experience are also given the opportunities to tell their story and stories from their communities. As such, we have a (very short) application process with spots available on many courses, at no cost, for actors who would identify with one of the following:

  • Actors of the Global Majority (a collective term that first and foremost speaks to and encourages those so-called to think of themselves as belonging to the global majority. It refers to people who are Black, Asian, Brown, dual-heritage, indigenous to the global south, and or have been racialised as 'ethnic minorities'. More info can be found here)

  • Actors from the LGBTQ+ community

  • Actors who are neurodiverse (including but not limited to actors with ADHD and Autism)

  • Actors with a disability (Wheelchair access is not something available for all courses depending on venue availability, but with advance notice, we'll actively seek out a venue with wheelchair access).

TO APPLY:

Please use the contact form below and include a short summary of your acting experience (Please include Spotlight / Mandy / link to a recent self tape if you can) and mention your scholarship eligibility.

Applications now open for our next course until February 12th.

Thanks for submitting!
